Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise (CNE) and the Association for Visual Arts (AVA) are proud to announce the 2nd Annual “My Neighborhood Rocks” video contest. We want to know how you “play” in your neighborhood. All submissions will be considered for a $5000 Grand Prize to be awarded to the winner’s Neighborhood Association.

In addition to this year’s theme of “play” we are also introducing a mentor program. Local video professionals will be available to assist neighborhoods with their video production  – all you have to do is sign up!
